ikkerus.net – successfull upgrade to WordPress 3.0

Hey folks,

the upgrade from WordPress 2.x to WordPress 3.0 is very easy. You just have to use the automatic update function.
Make sure all the plugins you’re using are compatible to WP 3.0. Otherwise disable incompatible plugins or wait until the plugins are native to 3.0.

So tell me, what are you thinking about the new WordPress?

    Hey Sebastian,
    bin auch imo dabei nen Blog für meinen Sportverein mit WordPress 3.0 zusammen zu basteln:)
    Ich arbeite mit dem Standard Theme Twenty Ten 1.0.2 und das bringt schon ziemlich viel Laune.
    Nur das Kalender Widget will noch nicht so richtig.

    schicke mir doch mal die URL von deinem Blog vielleicht kann ich dir da weiterhelfen. Ich habe das Standardtheme von WordPress 3.0 allerdings nie ausprobiert.

    Doch doch das Standardtheme, welches bei 3.0 mitkommt, ist eigenlich ganz nett.
    Nun hab ich schon zwei Kalender als Widget ausprobiert aber geht irgendwie nicht.
    Entweder es werden die Events angezeigt allerdings nicht in Kalender Optik oder es passiert einfach mal gar nix.
    URL bekommst du noch wenn die Registrierung bei Dyndns durch ist.
